Day 4 - ran 11 miles today - farthest I've run since spring - can't wait till weather turns cooler - so humid out. Made a veg curry last night and had seconds - put me over for calories but it was still healthy calories - have been super grouchy lately - need to work on being more patient with everyone. Goal for the rest of the week is to control my temper... :) Still have shred to do - ugh!
