I’ve been consistantly losing 3 to 5 lbs a week since I started this diet thing at the beginning of June. Now all of a sudden, nothing? I know there are plateaus. I just didn’t think one would happen so fast. 😢

Erwuiaga - Other people are telling me the same thing. I’m going to raise my calorie intake (at least for a few day) and try to reset my body. Thanks for your advice. 💗

Plateaus are normal. Sometimes when you lose fat, the cells fill with water instead. Then they release it for a "whoosh" of lovely multi-pound loss. I hope that's what is happening!

Rosio19 - I’ve been 600 to 900 cals a day since the beginning of June. I’ve upped it to 1000 a couple days ago. Let’s see how that works. 🙏🏼
