I'm taking a break. Logging in everything and not losing is too stressful at this time. I know I'm up in carbs but this is too much. I'll still try to eat ketoish. My husband has lost a lot doing it without a log. I'll try for at least a week.

If you are working out consistently (a minimum of 3 to 4 times/week), stay with a balanced consumption of calories, usually around 1300-1500 for women. If not, good luck finding the diet that is best for you.

after you log for a while you get a good feel for it. women tend to need less carbs to do well. we have a lot of fat stores and less activity then men do. they are totally different from us. So if you don't want to log, just cut back on the carbs mentally. a couple weeks of cutting and you should see a difference. sometimes trying to hang on to the carbs is the problem. If you can't ditch the carbs that is a whole different issue. Some people find this plan too restrictive. just eating low carb (instead of keto) is a healthy way to go. that along with common sense eating and watching your calories may do the trick for you. Stick to whole foods no junk food.

excuse me I should say avoid processed food instead of junk food. quality based food choices win the day.
