Not following what I eat as closely as I did. Feel like I have hit a maintenance weight and where I feel 160 is a nice round number, I will settle for anything consistently below 165.
At that weight, I have lost 60 pounds since Feb 2008. 4.5 years ago I began a life change and less than 6 months and 15+ pounds ago I was referred to Fat Secret. Another change that has made a big difference.
