I'm gearing up to start M. Hagan's "Change your body in 6 weeks". The difference for me is that I am preparing myself for it instead of just jumping into it. I've set a time line. I've set a goal for weight loss. I've set a goal for fitness. I've set a goal for nutrition.
Along with that, I've been reading info on osteoporosis and it has verified that the Spectrum diet that I am choosing to follow is the best for me.
Exciting to finally feel as if it is all coming together.
