You know what you did and enjoyed yourself, are fine with the maintain. Sometimes you got to enjoy yourself and see it reflected in the scales, but it is a new day and new week now. Just watch out for it catching up on you next week. Sometimes it can take a week to show, even if you have stuck to plan all week. Keep on going, you will get there one step at a time. xxx
