Found out my HB has been texting and talking to other women when i'm not around. I unfortunately turned to food as I have my entire life to deal. The only thing that was different this time..I still tried to make healthier choses even tho I knew I would still eat way too much. I stayed the same wt this week but for me that was a small victory over my emotional eating. I didnt gain and I proved to myself that I can take steps to change my own life..even if they are small ones at first
