With vacation around the corner, it's getting harder and harder to not get desert, not get that drink you feel like on the patio... So I guess it also gets harder and harder to not gain that extra pound. I managed to not gain, but I feel like I could have lost more than half a pound in the last week...
I'm keeping it up!
