Right now I'm at a stand still at the weight loss. I am definitely losing inches though. I'm wondering if I'm building muscle which is why I'm not seeing a loss. I try to run 5 days a week, (I'm up to 3 miles in this heat and humidity) I walk every day, I do 210 crunches a night with one night a week off. I do 200 buttock tucks to help firm up the Gluts. I'm also keeping my caloric intake at about 1400. I am thinking of starting the P90 next week to vamp up the toning and cardio. Sure would be nice to have a buddy to vent all this stuff to. I also wish I had a partner to run with.... to get that push out the door on tough days. If I didn't get turned on to this site I wouldn't have any push...
