Well, yesterday was my last day of injections for the hCG protocol and a few friends on here showed me that it may not be the healthies option for me to lose weight (thanks guys) so I'm going back to my roots and South Beach it is my friends! It's gonna be tough because its the last 10lbs and I know they say it's the hardest but I WILL get this off! I also think it's gonna take a lot of gym time to get my body to look the way I want it too but that's ok, I'm here to do the work now that I have enough calories I'm taking in to do so, lol! For the next two days I do kinda need to follow the diet from the protocol otherwise it says I could gain a bunch of weight so I may be strict for two days in that regard... but after that it's the SBD all the way. Wish me luck guys, it's gonna be a tough one!
Oh and on a side note... I really wish that FS wouldn't change your starting weight everytime you changed your diet! Yes I changed my diet but my starting weight is 168lbs... not 128lbs... no fair!!!! It makes me lose my progress!!!! Ok end rant!

I wish FS wouldn't do that too!!! It drives me nuts. I'm so glad you decided to take the healthy way :) You're a very smart girl! Yeah, maybe you can lose weight fast on crazy diets, but it's so hard to keep it off! If you lose it and keep it off, that's the real win. So best of luck to you :)

Thanks so much! I have a feeling my weight is gonna sky rocket for the next week or so before it stabilizes due to what I was just on, but it'll straighten itself out. Thanks for the well wishes, same to you. I should wright FS about the weight chart though, I really don't like that!

I'm absolutely thrilled that you have decided to change course and I know that in the long run it will pay off for you! I hate the FS weight change too; the same thing happened to me. All that matters is that YOU know it was 168. Best of luck!!!

you can do this jewels, and like you said you know thta the last so many lbs will be hard but well worth the effort, take it easy dont push yourself too hard you know it works xx love ya xx
