Back to ground zero. And what a bummer it is. I lost control. Lost control of what, when, and how I eat. Lost control of when and how I exercise. But, today starts anew. Back to where I began. So it's back to how I did it. Back to watching and recording what goes into my mouth and what I burn off. Back to saying hello to everyone here, seeing how well everyone is doing.
