ok I have stayed with in my RDI but started having white buns and scones, perogies and desserts as I have had two family gatherings and also left over stuff (that I froze right away but found anyway!) so I expected a gain but hoped not cause of my calories not being too bad. 3 pounds up stinks but at least I know why....and because they were home made desserts they may have been higher than I recorded. Also I had a call from the bariatric clinic and they want me to switch to another weight loss recording sight they use so I guess I have to thank every one for the encouragement and help. wish you all well and say good bye as I move on to the sight they have told me to join. hugs to you all....you have been great:) Rachel

Haven't been feeling hungry so I was surprised the scale was down again.....going to try to continue just doing what I am doing for now....starting to feel better but need to be a lot better for tomorrow as there is a family get together I would like to go to:) Daughter showed up last night after midnight crying....trouble with a room mate.....we snuggled her and got her off to sleep......guess we shall see what this weekend brings...!!

Well I have been fighting something for about three weeks and today it hit hard and I am thinking I need antibiotics...but will wait a couple more days. I avoided sugar and only had a little honey today again.....honey is a natural antiseptic while sugar decreases your ability to fight illness so I am telling myself that. told husband not to bring sweets home too. it helps. basically that's all I am focusing on...no sugar, cutting way down on white flour stuff and increasing my protein. the biggest help is drinking tea and herbal tea and lots of water. I am having fruit instead of a sweet too. that helps also. still having CoQ10 and fish pills which I really think has helped me a pile with hunger as does not eating sugar. as far as the emotional eating....it helps to journal here and be supported:)

Well my daughter came to visit all day and other than a nap, we talked non-stop! well she mostly talked....she needed her mom today. I haven't moved much for two days bcs I am sick. I find it even hard to write this right now so I will stop. it looks like I am beginning to get a handle on meeting my RDI which is great and relieving:) I feel hopeful....thank you all so much....the encouragement has been priceless.
