iv'e managed to gain about 20 pounds without very much effort on my part tbh. But, since my last record and about 20 pounds ago- i've literally had the hardest year and half of my life with so many huge life changes and losing everything, down to the last sock i owned, friends, family, myself, and reason. Took massive steps back in any growth i was making if i was making any at all. But, the weight gain happened out of one of the few good things that have occured - ive noticed people gain weight when they settle into a relationship. although, the relationship did not work out, i think i could have gained weight or at least maintained it for that reason. im goign to try to maintain it, keep, and hopefully tone it from this point forward. if i do gan any, i dont want to gain more that another 10 pounds tops. otherwise, im happy wear im at for the most part.
