So I've come to find out how hard it is to make myself drink so much water each day, I used to drink a lot of water but then I'd always have to go to the bathroom and now I find it hard to drink a lot. The 100 crunches and jumping jacks a day really gave me a wakeup call. At first I was like, oh yeah no sweat. I go to 30 crunches and was already feeling the burn. Been trying to consistantly go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Last week I went 4 times. It's hard to try to find time to fit it in after work as I usually come home very hungry from work and by the time I eat dinner I have no motivation. I have been trying to get myself to come home, grab a snack and head to the gym, then come back and make dinner. I am starting to enjoy the gym and look forward to it as I'm also trying to get thru Eat, Pray, Love while doing cardio.
