Argh! I haven't weighed myself in three weeks... I need to do it tomorrow morning!
Clearing the fridge up... I can't really do that since we have three children and they don't need to be on a diet too! They eat sensibly, a lot of fruit, yogurt, milk, vegetables, moderate meat... I am trying to make the choices of juices very small so that they don't really realize that I'm doing it ( a four year-old doesn't understand when his "favorite" juice suddenly goes away, I tried!). So anyways, I am trying to make better choices when we go grocery shopping, I also bought whole wheat flour for those days when we really have to have pasta or ravioli (I make them from scratch, I figure it's less harmfull that way!).
So I'm keeping on it and I don't despair when I get off track for one meal, I just pick right up where I left off!

It was difficult to get to change those eating habits a little yesterday... I have decided to do it at a natural pace, not shocking myself into new habits that make it a strain to stay on a good plan -learned from past mistakes I guess...
Anyways, I was pretty reasonable at lunch (steak and salad) but at dinner my husband wanted to try the new panini press he got me for Christmas... so I managed to make mine really small, and I proposed a green salad as a side for that :) I still had to have a little piece of chocolate, but I feel that I did pretty good compared to the disaster it could have been! Trying to keep being aware of what I eat and why I eat too, trying to listen to my body when it tells me that I am full.
Yesterday I also took a visual of my fridge and the pantry at home, and boy, there is some stuff in there that need to go away! :) Will work on that with husband this week end if I can pry him from the board games with the kids! :)

Starting today... my current weight is 165 Lbs, and my ultimate goal is to reach 120 Lbs!
I just learned about the Sonoma Diet and will be starting it... can't wait to try those new recipes!
