A Short Walk in My Shoes...

Okay, okay! So I'm still not doing as great as I was since the beginning of the week. I had a couple of rough days, seriously! I spent all morning to get my paper complete before classes started for the day...I'm lucky that I even had eggs this morning! I was going to get a half salad and half bowl of soup at Panera Bread to bring to class but I was already going to be late so I had to skip lunch! I know that I shouldn't do that, but I did and what's done is done! *Sigh* so since I only had my Oats N' Honey bar I decided that I would eat a sub for supper. I don't like going a day where I'm only eating around 600 calories! It's so incredibly bad for your metabolism so I ate the sub to make up for the calories. Tomorrow...I swear I'll do better tomorrow! I did workout this morning too so at least I can say that! See, all this knowledge I have is going out the window...why do I do that? Oh yea, because I'm in school, have a field placement, a job, and homework! Do I have time to eat healthy?! Of course I do, I'm just not! Grrrr...Not happy with myself right now! I can get back on track tomorrow and I'm going to! Otherwise I might have to punish myself by running to the point of exhaustion (I'll be implementing my soccer training workouts...now THAT is a punishment)...hold me to that, would ya guys!? Thanks! :)

So I didn't eat the best last night seeing that I ate like 6 miniature candy bars! Whoops! Oh well...I guess my hormones were just craving chocolate (I really couldn't stop having them, but I had to seriously say stop to myself). Needless to say, that was my supper last night! I've been doing good otherwise except I hate that Jimmy John's doesn't have whole wheat bread! That multi-grain stuff is just as bad for you as white bread! Even though I didn't get my healthy bread, at least I didn't put mayo on it which adds 200 calories! I don't work my butt off at the gym just to have some sloppy mayo on my sandwich (granted I don't like mayo anyways but that's not the point!)! Anyways, enough with that! Last night I watched Biggest Loser (pretty much my favorite show) and they did a short version of a triathlon! That made me really motivated to do a 10k and hopefully someday I'll be able to do a triathlon...even though it motivated me, I have to sit and do homework ALL day because it's rounding the end of the semester...sigh! I just want to work out!
