Pasta Zero with Turkey and Pesto Rosso. About 300kcal and low carb. The texture of the pasta leaves something to be desired, but it absorbed the pesto quite well. I'll probably eat it again.

Week 4 of 12 complete. Week 4 included very little yoga and zero appearances from yoga pants. My abdominal separation has gone from a 3 finger gap to a 1 finger gap. I am pleased with all of these things, but this regimen has done nothing for my ass-lump; which is ever present. I can also refer to this as an ass-dent as the fall pushed the blood from the dented area upward to form this pain in the... too much? There is no scientific evidence that a 12 week program designed to close an abdominal separation will assist in the healing of a hematic boil on the buttocks, butt (<-- see what I did there?) one can hope for a smooth transition into leaving this behind (<-- still doing it!).
And here's a random photo of Richard Simmons. This man is incredible and I, along with many others, am concerned that he is being held captive by his housekeeper.

I decreased the amount of art sweetener by 2/3. Next time I will omit it. The texture was Belgian wafflelike, but can use some improvement. Tomorrow I will heat one in the toaster and see if I like it better.

I continue to elude yoga pants as week 3 of 12 comes to a close. I missed day 4 of 5, not because I ran out of time, but because I was hiding in my closet from a type of flexible form-fitting pants that came pounding at the door, beckoning me to exaggerate my thunder thighs and enhance the appearance of my ass-lump; which is ever present. I remained aloof. All is not lost because, as it turns out, hiding in a closet does not interrupt one's plan to skip the gym.
