My actual weight is moving at a glacial pace but consistancy is key. I am not going to let some number discourage me however. The fact that my favorite william rasts are fitting so much better and no longer creating a muffin top that shames me to the gym is what is keeping my spirits up and pastries out of my mouth hole. haha. did arms with my trainer matt (humina, humina) ;) last night followed by 40 minutes on the stair master, and today we see each other at 6..we are doing legs and more cardio. Ive realized that this journey and the journey in career and relationships comes down to one thing. Its all about passionate consistency. I love that word, consistency. With daily, consistent effort in the direction of your dreams and the applications of your own personal fundamentals of success, you really can get to the place you always dreamed of getting to. Stick with something long enough and you will be amazed of how far you can get. Most people give up to early, their fears are bigger then thier faith, i guess. Its not easy to achieve a level of great, but when you think about it, and following fundamentals... it is a simple one.
AHHH sweet friday buddies. laying decently low this weekend, gonna go get my hair done and go for a run outside before the first snow fall. on the upside i get to enjoy my new winter coat. tis adorable :) Cheat day i do believe i am going to have me the most magnificent italian dish - pasta swimming in a most creamy and rich and well deserved sauce. I am also on the hunt for a new career in the interior design firm and get out of stinky industrial construction...i want to turn the mundane into something magical!

Slept in, so needless to say i look like an absolute monster today. And everyone peers at me like oh yup somebody slept in. I tried putting my shirt on as pants as i scurried about to get my life together and out the door. haha. ah well forward march.
I had a sweet sweat sesh with my hunky personal trainer..we did shoulders..and i discovered that the back part of my arm, the "bingo" arm as i like to call it, isnt actually part of the three part of our triceps..our shoulder muscles extend quite far down our arm. No wonder when i was doing weight on my own i wasnt loosing the jiggle there. I am starting to see some sweet cut lines in the ye ole muscles already...now i just need more water and less coffee..such a struggle to cut that one out..its worse then crack to a junkie for me.
Well i better get my work done...i hate to swear but jeebus murphy 10 hour days are getting old. reviews are coming up though so hopefully some reward in a job well done coming my way..

My Dearest Troops.. Happy Day 291 of 365. I had a great monday, busy, went by fast with eats spot on. I headed over to bootcamp and hammered out an hour of hard work and left feeling like i wanted more. i was wearing a baggy toque because it was getting chilly up where i am from, and it kept falling down around my eyes. haha. my trainer thought it was hilarious, seeing me do burpess with half my face missing..but it kept me focused... I then left and had to get to the costume store to start building my Halloween Masterpiece. Its gonna be slammin. I came home to my beautiful condo downtown, and it was warm and cheery and tidy..showered, crawled into my king sized bed and read until my almond shaped peepers couldnt stay open any longer. I woke up feeling well rested and ready to start my day. One on one training with my PT today, followed by cardio. We cut out a carb so the weight should start falling off now. My clothes fit soooo much better already
M1: OATMEAL & EGGS, HEMP POWDER - 5 AM
M2: PROTEIN POWDER, - 8:30 AM
M3: CHICKEN, GREEN & YELLOW BEANS, CARROTS, RICE - 11:30
M4: CHICKEN & RICE - 2:00
M5: PROTEIN POWDER - 5:15

Tis Monday...did everything according to plan this past weekend. Ate like a beaut, trained like a champ and enjoyed my sunday funday of cheat meals and BREAKING BAD. Hope you all are having a fabulous Monday and are starting your week of healthy and active!
