Still struggling a bit but hanging in there. I still haven't tossed the M&Ms. I ate 15 last night. Plus last night I didn't cook my healthy dinner, instead did a bunch of snacking. I did record everything and remained under my cal goal, but gads it wasn't good calories!
The one thing good I did before eating better and taking vitamins and meds for my diabetes was drinking lots of water - at least 4 bottles a day. But since I started, I have dropped to about nothing, maybe 1 bottle a day. I am surprised I'm not dehydrated. It seems like I am never thirsty. I think I need to force myself to drink at least 3 bottles, maybe one per meal.

This week has been a struggle. I haven't been horrible, but I find myself slipping, doing tiny things to sabotage my weight loss. I am losing and regaining the same pound over and over. I packed my lunch and snack today and planned out what I'll eat so I hopefully can get back on track.
I'm trying to find the strength of will to dump that stupid bag of M&Ms into the trash. I've had that "family-sized but everyone knows you are going to eat it yourself" bag in the trash for a month. I count out 15 M&Ms and tell myself that doesn't count. But then that leads to snacking on something else unhealthy. Uggg. Why do I do this to myself???
My sister vacation is the first week of April and I really, really want to be under 200 lbs by then. Both my sisters are super skinny and healthy. I hate being the fat sister. Okay, the bag of temptation goes into the trash now.
