Unlike many on this website, I don't need congrats for losing weight. I'm in a different situation and no longer need to lose. Instead, I'm going to be happy to just maintain my weight now. Am 71 years old with stomach and bowel problems that interfere with digestion. I used to look like a person ten years younger, slightly overweight but in good health and very happy. Now, I'm getting gaunt and my face and neck look, well, old. As I lose weight, I gain the appearance of aging. Being executor for two family relatives has added the wrinkles and sag more so than the weight loss has done.
Am so glad to have a convenient place to record my thoughts and situation. Thanks to all who so kindly offer support. I sure hope that you can work on your weight goals with good spirits and happy days.
