I got on the scale this a.m. and it said 239 something. Sigh. Ok. Well, I weighed myself, at home, last Friday and it said 235. I went to see my surgeon on Friday and her scale said 230. I used that weight for this website.
Needless to say, I'm not happy.
I'm going to keep recording my journey and see what happens.
Even though I am not feeling the best, I'm going to keep moving forward.

I swear, everyday I start out soooo good with my food, then by mid afternoon, all hell breaks loose. I just don't get it.
Today, I'm trying to be "mindful" of what I am doing.
I brought "safe" snacks since I know what my pattern is.
Hopefully my yogurt, protein drink, and cheese sticks will curb my cravings for chips/cookies/candy, this afternoon.
I have also brought in extra water, to help with getting back on track with my water intake. I used to be so good with getting in 8 bottles of water per day. Lately, I'm lucky if I get one full bottle in. Today my goal is at least 4. I'm slowly trying to get back to where I once was.
I am so off course that it is scary and I'm truly afraid that I wont be able to turn this thing around.
Just being honest this morning and trying to be transparent.
I am powerless over my addictions to food.

My surgeon suggested I use this program to track my food intake per day.
My complaint was that I have not lost or gain any weight since this time last year.
My surgeon suggests that I should be consuming between 1200-1300 calories per day.
I'm going to give this a try.
