Day 4 - oh dear, not a good day :(

I kinda knew this is gonna be a tough day, I even wrote about it in yesterday's blog... It started reasonably well with a workout with my trainer, but once I arried at work I started to have horrible cravings.
I had a juice, then a mango, then a bit of bread wchih I had taken with me for lunch, then a hot chocolate...
Then I ate my healthy lunch, but couldn't stop myself from going to the supermarket and buying oreo cookies, chocolate, and cereal bars.
I ate a whole pack of oreos!!!! I mean the really big one, think thousands of calories... And my lunch salad was also quite packed.

But then I actually felt sick from all this crap, and what did I do? I continued eating!
And even more on the way home, when I started craving salty stuff, so I ate some bread with cheese, and bananas.

I feel horrible now, sick, won't be able to sleep well, feeling bloated, and I'm more than scared to face the scale tomorrow.

I don't even see the point in logging my food for today - but I'll do it, just to stay consistent.

Plan for tomorrow: I'll have a nice juice for breakfast, for lunch I'm gonna go to my favorite juice spot and get a nice juice. It's a good 15 min walk from the office, I'll sit down there and read, and I might even grab a 2nd juice for my afternoon snack.
And at night I'll only have a light meal, still have asparagus in the fridge, and spinach.

In case of cravings, I'll have some water, breath deeply and maybe google some motivational video.

ok, gotta start the shameful food log now :(

Day 3 - bring it on!

Today was so good, spend time in the sun, walking around with a friend, lots of catching up, enjoying the Sunday - and sticking to my diet!
I have to admit though, today I was a bit hungry after dinner, ate a banana but could've eaten much more, at some point I was eyeing the chocolate in my kitchen, but then I thought: no, I have to try this out for at least until June 19, when I'm going on a festival, after all I want to look my best (and there are pool parties as part of the festival, a thought which right now makes me shudder...).

Breakfast: squeezed a grapefruit,orange and lime
Lunch: salad with spinach and chicken breast (i seem to be experiencing spinach cravings?)
Dinner: another spinach & chicken salad
After-dinner snack: banana

I prepared some food for tomorrow to take to the office. Am slightly worried about the working week to start, I tend to eat/binge at work,either because I'm bored or stressed. Not sure how to deal with this yet?

Again, feeling good and want to get onto the scale tomorrow ;) until then!

Day 2 - quite a lazy day, but at ok diet wise...

Breakfast & Morning snack: fresh fruit
Lunch: a salad with steamed salmon & spinach
Dinner: more salad with 2 eggwhites (coz I still felt hungry after the salad)

Sometimes I need to play couch potato and spend the day watching movies, and reading about celebrity bliss, today was one of those days.
Felt good though, after a week of very little sleep, to just chill and do a long siesta. Plus went salsa dancing at night - no alcohol or soda and lots of dancing ;)

I'm feeling really good today, still no cravings, it's been quite easy to stick to the diet and mainly eating raw.
Tomorrow I have to drag myself to the gym again though, and get off the couch, was thinking of cycling by the beach a bit, sitting in the sun and reading, and then a tea break with some friends.

Again, am excited about the scale tomorrow, I think I'll have lost more weight - I drop the first couple of kilos super quickly, but reach a plateau at around 75kg, which I find very hard to overcome. Gotta remind myself about how good I'm feeling when I stick to it, and have that in mind whenever I get cravings.
