Well, I decided to walk for a full hour this morning, that really kind of kicked my posterior. Oh well, I wanted to get a basline of what I could do in a hour. It gives me a starting point for my performance level. I ended up walking 2.8 miles and burning 750 calories (remember I am walking on a 12% incline). Not a real good workout but I am still fairly new at this diet/workout stuff.I am also now trying to burn twice as many calories as I take in. You will lose weight if you burn more than you take in. Still only drinking water, this one thing has helped exponentially. I see alot of people on here are still trying to lose the same ten pounds over the last 6 months. Folks, this diet thing is only going to work if you really make a lifestyle change for life, not just during the time frame that you are on diet. Remember take it one day at a time and if necessary one hour at a time. remember your goals!
