over 200 grams over my carb allotment! I really need to get back on track! Eat my protein at every meal, along with my non-starchy veggies, and limit my fruit and starchy veggie intake.

I only made to the gym once this week. Another aspect of my life I need to get back on track! Next week my schedule calls for work on Sunday evening, and Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs nights. And Morning work outs Mon-Aqua, Wed-Aqua, Thurs-treadmill, Fri-Aqua, Sat-Yoga. I will be missing my rescheduled Pilates class on Tues because Andrea has a MD appointmemt that I need to drive her to because she refuses to take Metro-Mobility transit and her family refuses to drive her or even talk to her really.

I have begun putting the documents together for my 2015 Health and Fitness binder on a CD. I will take it to Kinkos or the UPS store to print out. Hopefully it will help motivate me. I plan to purchase 52 weeks of Pilates classes ($1,200) and 52 weeks of Personal Training (about $2,600) with my tax return in Feb/March. Sometimes I think I am much better at planning than at implementing! I need to even that out.

Just 101 grams of carbs today if I stick with my plan!:) I still have a struggle with getting my 96 oz of water in per day.

I did not sleep yesterday, I just could not turn my mind off. My personal trainer asked me to write my story of success so far. And my mind kept writing and rewriting it until I finally got up and wrote a first draft. In a nutshell I did not find success right out of the gait-it took me some trial and error to find the formula that has begun to work for me. I finished it during my break time at work tonight. I will not be working out this morning after work (d/t lack of sleep) and will turn it in to her on Thursday before Pilates Class. I will also get my measurements before class on Thursday.

I offered to pick up Andrea's Rx's at the pharmacy since I have one to pick up as well. If I do this without her present it should only take me a few minutes instead of hours and hours at Target. She gave me the cash to pick them up too.

69 grams of carbs over my goal of 100 grams today. Pasta, even gluten free pasta will do that. I will be making chicken breasts today when I get home so hopefully my carb intake will be lower for Wednesday.

I have a sinus infection so I am going to try really hard to get Yoga at 0830. That gives me 1 hour to get to the gym if I get out of work on time that is. My ears are plugged so I think that Aqua will be a bit much for them this morning. I will wash out my sinuses this morning before I go to bed. Then on Wednesday I will be hopefully o.k. to attend Aqua. And before I know it will be Thursday and time for my Pilates Class. I have Wednesday off of work so I will do my body fat% measurement and have Andrea measure me before class on Thursday.

Andrea thinks that she found a Cable plan that is cheaper than the one I currently have-since I have asked her to pay half of the utilities she is all over trying to help me find ways to save $$$ on them. I pray that she will begin paying up as well. She did not use Metro-mobility for her last appointment. She knew I worked the night before and the night of and still had me go to Target after the appointment (another 2 hours less of sleep time for me). I beleive she does not think of other people most of the time.
