I'm getting into the crazy diet.
It's been a few weeks now, and other than eating too much salt on Pumpkin Seeds last week (I thought that were natural. . . Oops) I'm right on track.
Frequent eating was difficult at first, but now I find I'm actually ready to eat every 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Still struggling with the protein in take- whey protein shakes are a life save and the chocolate one tastes like YooHoo. Hooray!

I had a slight set back when I strained my Achilles tendon, but I'm ready to hit the cardio again tomorrow.

I'm getting a lot of muscle tone and sculpting (which is awesome), but not dropping any weight, yet. I'll be patient because I'm seeing such great results in firmness, strength, and endurance. I have a feeling that I'll start dropping in the next 2 weeks. Fingers crossed! I have a dress fitting in late October for a November 13th wedding! Hope to be a bit smaller and more cut by then. Wish me luck!

OK- full tilt.
Got the trainer, and insane eating regimen (one protein/carb at every meal). And, the meals are frequent!
I'm doing weights followed by cardio twice a week, plus an additional 2 days of cardio, minimum.
To stay interested, I've been changing up the cardio (Zumba/Music Video Dance Class/various machines), but the food is killing me. I'm so sick of chicken and fish right now!
I had no idea how little protein I was eating until I really paid attention. I tend to lean toward veggie combos and derivatives.

PS- the recipe section here is really helpful. I'm dying to try the mini turkey meatballs!

My NEW Mantras:
1. Nothing from a can (tuna/tomatoes/etc.)
2. No wheat (beer/bread/pasta)
3. No fruit or complex carbs after 1pm (unless going to trainer, then 4pm)
4. No stock/bouillon
5. PROTEIN!
6. VEGGIES! OATMEAL! BROWN RICE! YAMS!
7. Eat every 2 hours 45 minutes
8. More Garlic! Bland flavor is the enemy.
9. Dymatize: Elite Whey Protein Shakes taste like Yoohoo!
10. Sugar Free Popsicles really take the edge off.
