Hello, all! :)
My biggest sin: beer. I'm not an alcoholic by no means, but beer is kind of the only thing I actually like! Not getting dizzy, not getting drunk, just.. beer!
I don't drink coffee - I actually feel sick if I have more than a sip of anything with caffeine, even Cola and even from a sip in the morning I can't sleep in the night, so... that's a no for me.
Then... I hate juices or sodas or anything like this - I really don't like them! I can drink them, but I don't like them...
I'm not a sugar-person and eating it makes me feel sick too. In 5 minutes after eating a slice of cake, e.g., I feel like I haven't been eating in days! I was never crazy about them anyway. And I've eaten so many of them over time, that I find no cravings for anything sweet - ever. I eat them if I have to, but... I'd choose something else if I could.
And a chocolate is going to spoil in a few years (or... who knows how long - lol! I'm not even going to open it to ever check it, lol!) on my bedside table!
And I hate strong alcoholic beverages! I hate their taste and if I find myself somewhere where it's better if I have at least a bit (like... with co-workers that drink heavily) and I just have to drink it... I do it hating it! They all taste the same for me: like I'd imagine medicinal alcohol tastes like - lol! And I also get dizzy from a sip and get drunk from one glass, so...
Champagne make me vomit only at the taste of it. I just sip a little when we celebrate something, just touching it with my lips.
I tried wine, but... I still hate it's taste! Yes, I've tried all types of wine. Hey, I figured that if I, at least, change to wine instead of beer, then, me disliking it and all, I could have 1 glass every evening (something considered even a good thing) and mix that glass with water, but... no matter how much or less water I put in it... I still hate it!
Ice-cream... I like it, but... in no way I'm crazy about it! I eat like... one who knows when!
Fast-food... well... I've eaten so much that I hate even the smell of it! And this includes pizza! If I take my daughter for a pizza, I don't even have one! The only think that it's kind of ok in pizza is the ''bread'' - lol!
No McDonalds, no KFC, no shaorma, no kebap, no sandwiches, no burgers, no grill, no salami, no sausages, none of these, no nothing! I've eaten a lot of them, as a meal, when I had no better option, so... I don't even like them anymore!
And I'm not a meat-egg-cheese-milk-etc. kind of person either. I'm not a vegetarian, but I could be one - lol! I eat them, but... again... I eat them because my body needs them too and I'm hungry, let's say, then, but not because I actually like them!
I like teas, like... herbal teas, unsweetened and with lots of lemon, or honey lemonade (the sweetest drink I actually, at least, like a bit - lol!), fruits and vegetables! But I'm not crazy about them either - they're just ok. And I mostly like them as little cooked as it's possible and... my mother is the cook of the family, so... I'm not very crazy about cooked food either! And I'm too lazy to go and buy fruits from the market or to make salads or cook for myself, so... I just eat what mom cooks and buys - lol.
My second sin: bread! I really, honestly, like it! I can happily live without it, but... I do like it! Even with potatoes or rice, lol!
I also like very spicy food! Very-very spicy! :) But I doubt that's ''a sin'', lol!
And I'm not like... a person that enjoys eating a lot! I forget to eat and I eat only starting in the afternoon. Sometimes I realize that it's 2 or 4 o'clock in the morning and that I didn't eat anything that day, so I eat then! Hey, I like living and food, like it or not, it's the fuel our body needs!
So... my only ''pleasure'' is beer!

I come home from the day, read something nice, learn something new, do some work around the house, work some more, talk to my kid, have a beer...
And... if it's still not late... have another...
And if it's a hot summer Sunday morning...
Or if I go out with friends...

I usually have 1 liter of beer daily. The usual max. is 3 liters, but that's like... being on the beach all day or going out all night or seeing friends in the afternoon and staying out until late in the night etc.!

But... the fact is that beer has a lot of calories and they started showing up, especially now, with more free time and a lot less physical effort made during the day!
I drunk so much beer over the last... 9 years, that 1 or 2 or even 3 or more liters of it have absolutely no effect on me, unless I drink it really-really fast (tried that once! Trust me: never do that - I've never felt so sick as I did then without actualy being sick! ;) Lol!)!
If I'm busy or have other things to do... I don't have a beer that day. At some point in the past, scared that I'm becoming an alcoholic of some sort, I've checked that I can go easily a day without drinking it (or more, of course, lol!) - lol! But... it's basically the only thing I like!
It's my only ''culinary pleasure''!
And I like drinking it!
But... I hate the weight it brings!

It's not getting dizzy that I like - I don't even get dizzy from it! It's just it's taste! And... even though I've drunk lots of it over time... I still see no differnce between brands ot types - not even between that without alcohol and that with alcohol (but with alcohol.. it's cheaper :D !) - lol!
And I like it!

I do my things, during the day, and... it's not like I can't wait to go home for... 'food & drink'', even if, except water (I drink looots of it! Like minimum 2 liters and... maybe even more than 4 during summer!) I had nothing all day ...and... well... there are lots of other things that I can't wait to do, but when it comes to eating or drinking something... that's it: beer!

Now... I have to limit it and start exercising! :)
