Had a great night last night...I walked for 1 hour and 20 minutes...I was feeling so good I lost track of time...and then went in and did some crunches and worked the lower limbs with my roomie...lets see if I can keep this up. Only thing the scale just isn't moving-that's a lil frustrating.

ugggghhhh! I am still at the same weight. I have to figure out what is going on. I wonder if it could be I am staying the same because I am getting my exercise in each week and building mucles because my clothes fit better. In fact I cleaned out my closet last night and there are clothes that I had that I can finally fit back into. But I just feel like I need to see the scale move. Starting today I am cutting out the coffee with the splenda to see if that helps and measuring my foods. We'll see...

Well its Monday and I'm ready for another week of goals and challenges. It's great to feel good on a Monday morning-changing my eating habits and getting some exercise is making a huge difference in how I feel. My clothes feel better -so I can't wait til Wednesday to see if the scale has anything to tell me. Last night I tried mashed cauliflower with sour cream and garlic and they were so yum....I may never go back to mashed potatoes again. So any Atkins peeps if you have not tried them yet-you definately should!

uggh...well only 1 pound down. And I can't complain I think I know why. But geez I'm walking and everything. This next weeks goal is to start writing down what I am eating- I need to make sure I'm eating enough. I believe my carb count is good but ya never know.
