So I have been exercising more, trying to do 30 min on the elliptical every other day. Im trying to walk around more during the day ( I am a full time online student/stay at home mom, so I am trying to sit less) After every elliptical session I try to work out on the exercise ball for about 10 min, do as many sit ups as I can, which I will admit, I have too much fat in my belly so it is hard, it hurts and makes it hard to breath, but hey! no pain no gain right? lol

I am so worn down lately......... I can only drink so much coffee, I drink 1-2 cups a day, plus chi teas. And Im still so tired, getting plenty of sleep. I just can't seem to muster much energy, add to the fact almost everyday I wake up feeling like Ive been hit by a bus. I just want to get healthy and feel well.....

I got a exercise ball and a jump rope today, both kill me. But setups are much easier, I just can't do many. Soooo not as good at jump roping either lol. now to clear out the little hallway that the elliptical is in and then I will have a good start to my fitness regime. I want to buy hand weights later and maybe a hula hoop, seems like that would be a fun way to exercise with the kiddo when he gets a lil bigger...
