I work full time and a part time Student. On my last Semester on my Undergrad degree. I have come a long way as far as school n my weight are concerned ... During 2010 before I became a student I had Lost weight and I did it without going to the Gym or even fad diets..
I had made a decision to change my lifestyle... so it was beginning of Winter and i started cutting starch and replacing with veggies and fruits.. ( thankx to woollies mixed veggies)I also began doin stomach exercises somehow I believed that if I tied my stomach it will stay flat and I did that, ...*gosh* Things we do for flatbellies LOL...
After like a month , people started noticing the change and believe me the feeling is great ,Its the motivation to reach my goal that kept me goin.. so I decided to take my new adventure to another level, I promised myself that I will share everything I ate...
I used to eat weetbiks with half a banana and yogurt for breakfast and i will share that!!!,after that i will drink some water,have a grilled chicken salad for lunch I would also share that with a colleague , even if its an apple I would share it!!!I
I became so used to it to a point that I could not finish anything I ate alone,!! after work I ran 3.5km 5 days a week while I power walked when I got tired.I would not sleep without doing my 50 sit ups...
for the first time, I was able to wear things and felt good without tucking and hiding anything..i had never felt good about my self!!!!
I then started doing my undergraduate studies beginning of 2011 and one energy drink to keep my energy levels up while I studied all night for my exams led to a packet of chips until I lost it:(... I didn't know how to handle pressures of work.school and life and still maintain a healthy weight!!I thought I will be able to multitask but I couldn't , I stopped exercising, and gained all that I had lost...
