I am 54 and don't recognize myself anymore. I need to take credit for getting myself into this shape and change what I have the power to change.im always on and off of diets, only to gain more each year. I love to talk about dieting but put little efforts out to make lasting changes. I will do my best this time to stay on track with more veggies in my future and a new commitment to a healthier me.
