HI, I am a Scot living in USA I have 2 children and live in Maryland I am in my second marriage.I live with my husband and brother and 3 dogs and 2 lovebirds. I would like to lose about 50bls. I am quite active for my age and like to keep busy. I am 63 but do not feel it or act it. Once I can figure this thing out I should be ok. Can I have chicken salad ,tuna ,salad and mayo , etc want to keep it simple to start. I can easily add vegs to tuna salad or egg salad
