I'm a child of God first,then a wife, mother of 2 beautiful children, and a caretake for my elderly father. It's time for me to get healthy and glorify God with my body. I have a long way to go but with His grace and the support of my family and friends, I'll get through this journey better and stronger than when i started.
My children and I live with my dad to take care of him so that he doesn't have to go into a nursing home yet. He has Parkinson's with Lewy Body dementia. It's been a rough road for us especially for my husband and I. He still stays at our home on the other side of town. After work, he'll come spend time with us and put them to bed for the night and then we get to spend our few minutes alone. After all that he'll go home. It's been a long rough road but in the end God will bless us for being obedient.
