I've been overweight my entire life.
I'm tired of being overweight.
I want to lose weight, but I'm afraid to tell people that the high self-confidence I show is only a show.
My starting BMI is 44.8. I hate to say that. I want to change that. My first goal weight is to get my BMI under 40. Starting small. Overall, I'd like to lose more than 100 lbs.
