I am currently overweight and am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. My weight gaining process started in January 2002, six months before that I was told that I had diabetes type 1, but yet was underweight at 120...go figure. I am a lively people person and I love living life, however I am disgusted with my weight and need to get it controlled, for my health, my self esteem and my daughter. I am currently testing the waters on my own mixture of dieting, using some methods from Fat Smash and Low Calorie. Wish me luck!!!! :)-
