I'm female and live in Alaska, I've been heavy since my early teens, a year ago this past April I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I also live with PTSD, depression, anxiety and Dissociative Identity Disorder. I also have degenerative disc disease and arthritis.
I'm tired of being heavy and really want to lose the weight I'm carrying, my adult son lives with me and he does most of the cooking.
