Coming here from Spark People, after belonging to that group for 11 years. I am down 22 lbs. from when I started.
I'm 77 years old, originally from Nova Scotia, now living in Ontario, Canada. Married for 19 years (2nd marriage), 4 grown children, 3 grandchildren.
Hobbies include volunteering through my church, traveling, reading, gardening.
