I have the basic story. Girl used to be smaller (never skinny) but smaller. Girl gains weight. Girl wants to lose weight. The how is the interresting part.
All jokes aside I could have made my situation better but I didnt. I got caught up in my failutre and never got out.... until now.
Turns out steriods will NOT let you lose weight. 2 almost 3 years of perminately being on them because I had some sort of mystery illness combined with asthma did me in. I tried to work out in the beginning with no avail. I just continued to get bigger.
Fast forward to 2 months ago.... The first drug test with NO steroids in it. WooHoo! Time to start working out and doing right. Here I am and I am ready. I WILL SUCCEED THIS TIME!!!!!
