My first goal will be to lose 10% of my weight, which would be 21 pounds. I'm planning to count calories. Using an online calculator it will take 2224 calories a day to maintain my current weight of 212. My plan is to reduce my calorie intake to 1700 calories to start out. I am going to readjust this amount as I go along this journey. Calories are the easiest thing to count as all foods have calories. I am going to focus on one or two goals at a time. My first two goals will be to workout 3-4 times a week or 3-4 hours a week and to drink 64oz of water a day. This is my plan for the first month. Depending on my results after a month, I will adjust my goals
