The week started off a bit badly with dinner at Grandma's coinciding with a 24 hour plus push to finish my thesis proposal and thus... no excercise. Still, I kept under 35 flex points - so I guess its okay. The last four days I have been as good as gold - even eating more fiber than fat. So, I'm hoping to keep that trend going this week so I can reach the -20 lb mark or even better get under 150 lbs.
Thankfully, the gingerbread cookies are gone - which I'm sure will help me get back up to 2 lbs/week hopefully. I'm planning to spend Sunday cross country skiing, which should also help.
