Been on spring break, still trying to make good choices. My sister an I took our grandkids (age 5 and 6) to DC to visit the Natural History Museum and Natonal Zoo. We had a ball and the kids were angels! Walked, walked, walked! My calf muscles are still sore, but I take that as a good sign!
