How do you make the zoodles?

(One serving size) Just grab two medium-to-small zucchini, then you gotta need a spiralizer to give them the noodle like shape (a julienne peeler also works).
Add one teaspoon of olive oil to a pan and sauté the zoodles for 1-2 mins. Add a slice of cheddar light (optional) and when it starts to melt add a bit of tomato sauce to warm up. And that’s it!! Under 15 mins / under 200 calories meal 🥘 and it tastes amazing👌🏼
You can also try them raw!
