I Havent been on here for a while again but still training hard. I Have added more protein to my eating and still dont do any running. Maybe in May il start again when its cooler.
My weight seems to have bottomed out at around 103.6Kg.I Have adjusted my weight training exercises.The only difference in my eating is that i started carb rotation by increasing carbs on weight training days.
This month's training:
Mondays to Thursdays 20 min HIIT cycling mornings.
Mondays , Wednesdays and saterdays : 30 / 30 and /45min Rowing
Tuesdays,Thursdays and Sundays : 1 hr weight training
extras: 20 min cycle Wed evenings.
