Good "food" day today. I started out the morning with some high fiber cereal (Bob's Red Mill-- 10 g fiber per serving!!) and banana, and it's amazing how it's curbed my appetite for the rest of the day. With my exercise points for the day, I have 13 points for dinner. Yay!
Trying not to weigh myself until next Wednesday, my WI day. I am a daily weigher, but am trying to break myself of that frustrating and self-destructive habit.
