Made the first batch of the low sodium Frontier Spice meals...added chicken and frozen peas. It was rather bland, I added also salt and Cavendar's and it ended up about like my home made soup but that was okay. It said that 1 coup had 200 calories in it (an estimate) and a bit of sodium in the prepared soup but actually probably had fewer sodiums than they said. No way to really list it on the meals I think, though I will check.
I had 2 cups and 10 sprinknle of salt crackers. Probably about 500 cal I had 1 cup (100 cal) of apple sauce and 4 tbs of flax seed about 200 cal total 1 oz almonds and 3 prunes 150 cal & 100 cal for lunch I had some egg salad and 10 crachers. probably 500 cal or so.
Almost no sodium though. I don't have any edema at all in legs.
Was a bit constipated this morning so I upped the flax seed a bit today and drank more water.
Felt tired and took about an hour's nap this afternoon. Going outside for a bit of a walk in a little while now that the sun is down.
