Ok so I decided to mix up the exercise. Went to Easter vigil mass so I decided to do the 30 day shred starting Sunday morning - had been a while since I had done it. Wow - its a 20 minute workout and it kicked my butt! Really brings home the importance of cross training with exercise. Day 2 today. Cant believe how sore I am - been going to the gym 2-3 times a week but I guess not enough variety. Definitely need to do something like this a couple times a week -
