I had a big supper last night and a chocolate bar. It was so good! I am on a 2 day eat what you feel like break. After all the hard work, I deserve it. This was I done miss out on any type of food, refined sugars and all. My sweet tooth gets taken care off and I can go back to healthy eating with a happy smile.
I just dont think I am the kind of person who will ever say I dont eat junk. I use to feel so bad for loving all the sugary starchy foods and would hate myself after overeating. Not anymore because I know I can control myself.

so motivational. I agree with you. a lil bit of diety eatunf once in a while is ok. I've learned self control too. I have 1 cheat day once a week.
