My whole body is so sore from exercises. Did some lunges, squats and push up on Monday and I can move my legs today. Makes me want to eat. Food still remains my comfort so I need to be super strong.

so true the only way to cure the pain is the hair of the dog that bit you.
do it again push yourself and suddenly you'l find that it doesn't hurt as much anymore and before you know it you'll be pushing yourself more and more until you're doing marathons one day at a time.
