Well, I lost .8 which is almost a pound. And finally this morning it seemed the scaled moved down another pound, although I'll wait until next Tuesday to record officially. Had my Jenny appointment yesterday, and we're breaking my plateau by going down to 1200 calories a day (from 1500). I'm also going to eat differently for the next couple weeks and break some patterns by eating different veggies, fruits, at different times, and switching up my routines with lunches and dinners. And, I have to workout more which I'm sort of grunting over but I'll do it. Anyway, I'm not as gung ho as I once was but I feel like I've regained control and am ready to go into Phase 2 of my weight loss--37 more pounds to go!
