Just finished the Wii workout for today, it was JUST barely over 30 minutes, but I'll take it. At least I did it. My knees are killing me still, but hopefully I'll get past that soon.
It is REALLY hard to do alternating lunges and squates with calf raises with my Reebok Easy Tone shoes. Because of the balance ball thing in the bottom it's - well - hard to balance on your toes or heels alone, so I wobble a lot. Hopefully as my leg strength improves I can improve on my balance as well.
Going to get myself MORE ACTIVE for the Wii probably sometime next week. Although, maybe I should get it for myself when I've hit my mini-goal of losing 20lbs. I haven't yet laid out any other "rewards" for hitting mini-goals... just that first one for the first 15lbs. I don't know if I need to reward myself, lol... my reward will be looking Uber-sexy this summer!!
