Agravated the achilles at physical therapy. I just pushed it too hard. Looks like I'll just stay with the plan, and focus on firming up muscle, and not worry about cardio as much for a time. Oh well, at least I'm still trimming up.

Got into an older suit COMFORTABLY for the first time in a few years. Still have two more smaller ones that I won't even try on for a couple more months.
